DELIVERY INFORMATION
Day C is pleased to offer worldwide delivery. If an item is in stock it will usually be despatched within 3-7 working days. However, as all our jewellery is individually handmade in small quantities, delivery could take 3 to 8 weeks on some bespoke commission orders.
If you need something sooner, or for a particular deadline, please contact us in advance.
UK delivery - Free
Free delivery within the United Kingdom or you may also wish to collect the item in person from Day C studio in Hatton Garden, London.
If the item over £100, we will ship the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, it will take 1 working day to reach you. All items under £100, we may ship via Recorded First Class Royal Mail, it will take around 3-5 workings to reach you.
International delivery
For orders under £500 we offer two options for international delivery:
Europe
Standard delivery - £15*
We will ship the item vis Royal Mail ‘‘International Track & Signed’ service. It will take 3-5 working days.
Express delivery ( DHL Express, TNT, UPS, Fedex) - £55**, or please contact us in advance for the delivery charge. It will take 1-3 working days.
USA
Standard delivery - £15*
We will ship the item vis Royal Mail ‘‘International Track & Signed’ service. It will take 5-10 working days.
Express delivery ( DHL Express, UPS, Fedex) - £55**, or please contact us in advance for the delivery charge. It will take 1-3 working days.
Rest of world
Standard delivery - £15*
We will ship the item vis Royal Mail ‘‘International Track & Signed’ service. It will take 5-14 working days.
Express delivery ( DHL Express, UPS, Fedex) - £55**, please contact us in advance for the delivery charge. It will take 1-3 working days.
*Tracked and signed delivery is handled by UK Royal Mail and costs £15. This option can only be insured for up to £250 value. If the piece you are ordering is a higher value using this shipping method will be at your own risk. Delivery timeframe is usually 5 to 10 working days once the item has been dispatched.
** Orders over £500 are automatically sent via the fully insured Fedex service (£55).
Customs and Duties
Please be advised the recipient will be responsible for any international custom duties or taxes that may be applied at the destination’s country; these are normally collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
We will notify you when your item is dispatched and send you the tracking number of your item. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items lost / delay in transit.
Packaging
All the jewellery items will be packed in a special design gift box with an unique Day C ribbon.
